- All travel to and from the tour will be booked by participant 
- Tour:Smart recommends booking air travel with Southwest Airlines (low fares, no change fees, free checked bags) 
- Arrival: day 1/show 1. Fly/train/drive to show city and travel directly to venue no later than 12pm 
- Departure: Travel overnight with tour to next show and travel home in the morning.

- Breakfast provided on-site at venue each morning 
- Hot dinner (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free available) served on-site at venue 
- Personal snacks can be stored on tour bus 
- Water available as needed (we recommend packing a reusable water bottle for sustainability) 
showers / day rooms
- Day room provided at each city when possible 
- Access to showers and dressing rooms available at most venues 
- Day room can be used after most shows 
- Think of touring like camping, you might not shower everyday. Pack accordingly (i.e. an extra stick of deodorant)

Rhythms of the day
11am: Morning Kickoff (group session) + meal
12pm: Work in assigned hubs
3pm: Show pre-brief (group session)
4pm - 11pm: Hubs + workshops
5pm: Dinner
11pm - 1am: Load-out
1am - 2am: Day room for showers
2am - 3am: Debrief on bus (group session)
3am - 11am: Sleep
